I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By joining City Webster, Inc. or YES411.COM (In term of “The Company” or, “We”), you agree the following terms and conditions. If you do NOT agree to these terms and conditions, please do NOT sign up or use our services.

II. YES411.COM SERVICE
The Company reserves the right to change or amend this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted to our site and considered effective 30 days from the date they are posted to the site. Email and letter notification will also be provided.
III. REGISTRATION ELIGIBILTIY
To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older. All children under 18 years of age must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. If you are eligible to use our services, you must sign this agreement and provide us with true information. If the information you provide is found to be false or non-verifiable, we have the rights to terminate your account and advertisements at any time. Membership fee and other associated advertising fees will NOT be refund as penalty to false information. Suspended registers have 10 days to appeal by sending email to legal@YES411.COM.
IV. ADVERTISING ON YES411.COM
By listing advertisement(s) or coupon(s) on YES411.COM, you are stating that you have the intention and ability to sell the item(s) or to perform the service(s). You furthermore state that any item(s) or service(s) which you are offering to users does not violate any local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or guidelines prohibiting the sale or distribution of your item(s). We also reserve the right, but not obligation, to refuse to post your advertisements.
Every advertisement or coupon should consist of any one, or a combination of the following:
A detailed and accurate text description of your item or service;
A picture which you supply of your item or service;
A link to a picture that you own or have rights to link to;
If you provide us with your business link, it must be owned by you, or your business entity.
Listing may not contain items or information that:
Violate any state, local, or federal laws that prohibit the sale or distribution of your item or service;
Infringe upon any third parties, copyright, patent, or trademark rights;
Are sexually explicit in nature, contain or describe sexual acts, nudity, pornography or child pornography, or would be classified as Adult only material;
Have abusive and offensive language;
By paying a listing fee to YES411.COM, might cause us to violate any local, state, federal law, regulation or guideline.
V. FORUM REGULATIONS AND RULES
YES411.COM provides public forums, in which registered members may post messages and enjoy interacting with other registered members. These FORUMS are provided as a courtesy to the YES411.COM community. YES411.COM is not responsible for the content posted in the FORUMS and may not agree with the views expressed therein.
The following types of posts or comments are considered unacceptable in any lobby on our site. Posting of such may result in the suspension of your ability to post in our lobby or the suspension of your YES411.COM Account.
Posts that contain any code or programming routine that interferes with the stability of the site, or the ability of others to post messages in a forum.
Posts that advertise items you have for sale.
Posts that contain profanity or that are defamatory in nature.
Posts that contain links to other online auction sites.
Posts that contain adult pictures, material, or links thereto.
Posts that disclose personally identifiable information about another registered member.
Posts that are disruptive in nature, harass or threaten another member or YES411.COM staff member.
Posts that have abusive and offensive language;
VI. LISTING PLACEMENT AND ORDER ARRANGEMENT
We reserve the right to make any listing placement and order arrangement of your ads and coupons on our site. We may arrange your listing based on your name, location, area code, and bidding.
VII. FEES
Please refer to our price table on our website. You are responsible for paying applicable taxes and any costs that you may incur to use our services or access our web site. We may at any time add to, delete or change any portion or all of our services. All prices are subject to change.
VIII. STABILITY
Neither you nor any parties affiliated with, contracted by, or created by you may take any actions to interfere with or interrupt, the operation or stability of City Webster, Inc. web site. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of any software, device, or programming routine that could place excessive loads on our system or interfere with any listing or auction listed on our site, or any users account or information.
IX. YOUR PASSWORD
You may not disclose, share, or distribute your password to any third party. If you feel your password has been jeopardized, you may change your password at any time, and as often as you wish.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL City Webster, Inc. (INCLUDING OUR SUPPLIERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES) BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SITE.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
XI. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Webster, Inc., its officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, vendors, or affiliates, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the YES411.COM, the violation of this User Agreement by you, or the infringement by you or any other user of this site using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
XII. LEAGAL RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, listing, purchase, and sales of items through our site.
