I. Who You Are Buying From

Yes411.com acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets ("Event Providers"). When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the United States, Yes411.com also known as City Webster, Inc. will be handling the transaction and collecting payment on behalf of the Event Provider

II. Pricing and Availability

Yes411.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, which means Yes411.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Charge-by-Phone centers, and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, all tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis; Yes411.com does not control tickets availability nor guarantee particular seating.

III. Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with our Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. IV. Refunds and Exchanges

Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters generally prohibit Yes411.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Unless otherwise stated, Yes411.com will not honor any refunds or exchanges.

V. You Are Subject to Search

You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.

VI. Limitation of Liability

Balls, pucks, and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play or performance. If struck, immediately ask usher for directions to a medical station. By purchasing a ticket through Yes411.com, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after play or performance.

VII. Cancelled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. Yes411.com typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, team's or venue's discretion.

VIII. Shipping and Delivery

Tickets purchased through Yes411.com will be delivered by United States Postal Services, using first class, with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipping of tickets will begin 2 – 4 weeks prior to event start date. All tickets purchased outside the shipping date range will be placed on hold and begin shipping 2 – 4 weeks prior to event start date. If you do not receive your tickets 1 week prior to the event start date, please Contact us, and a customer service representative will be glad to assist you. If in any case the tickets were lost in the mail, you will have a choice of either a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) or a replacement.
